How long does the graphic design subscription run for?
We offer many payment options on our subscription contract for each plan. You can either pay on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly basis.
What happens once I sign up?
Once you sign up, someone from our design team will get in touch for more details of the design work you need to be done. This person will be your ‘Special Point of Contact’ and will also be available in case you need any assistance.
How do I send in my design request?
Once you sign up for one of our plans , you can send your design requirements to your Special Point Of Contact. Your request will then be taken up for execution by a designer.
Who will be working on my designs?
We have a super experienced design team at Design Voilà! and once the formalities have been completed and we have receive your design request, a dedicated designer will be assigned to your project.
How do I sign up for a subscription?
There are two ways to sign up for a Design Voilà!! subscription. You can either choose a plan and start your subscription, or contact us with your requirements.

I need to edit my details. How do I do that?
You can send us an email with the details to be updated in our records or fill in the new details in the contact form and hit ‘Submit’.
How does the pricing work?
We offer two service tiers, Pro and Enterprise. Once you begin your subscription, your PayPal account will be charged monthly.
How do I pay for my subscription?
You may make the payment upfront through PayPal.
What will be included in my subscription?
This will depend on the plan you choose. The inclusions for each plan can be found here.

There may be additional costs if we need to purchase digital inventory outside of our existing stock image service provider. We will always request you for written consent before we proceed with any such purchase.

I want to change the design. Whom do I contact?
If you need to change your design or simply do not like it and want it reworked, please get in touch with your SPOC. They will contact the design team and get the changes made.
What languages does Design Voilà! work with?

Who owns the designs created?
You’re the one who creates the design request. We just work on it to bring your ideas to life. Therefore, you yourself own any designs created.

What is the turnaround time on design delivery?
Depending on your selected plan, you will receive designs for your project in 24 hours or 48 hours. However, the time frame may vary based on the type of project and design requirements.
My design request is time sensitive. How quickly will I get my design?
If you have a time-sensitive design request, simply ensure that you mention this in the form when submitting your request details. We’ll do our best to put it at the beginning of the queue and advise you of the delivery time accordingly.
If I don’t like the work done, would I be able to get a refund?
A refund would not be possible. However, we have an unlimited iteration clause in the subscription contract so this means that we will re-work your content until you are happy with the designs.
